Delete your Bannerfall account

You can request deletion of your Bannerfall: Card Autobattler account and associated game data through the game or by email. Bannerfall is operated by Craven Games.

In the game

1. Open Bannerfall.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Follow the confirmation prompts.

Without opening the game

Email [email protected] with the subject Bannerfall account deletion request. Include your username and sign-in method. If possible, send the request from the email associated with your account.

If you use Game Center or an Apple private relay address, mention that in your message. We may need to verify account ownership before proceeding. Never send a password, sign-in code or payment-card details.

What is deleted and when?

We delete your game account and all associated game data, including your profile, progress, card collection, decks, match history, rank, purchase records held by the game, friends and chat data. Deletion takes up to one day after your request is verified. Treat this as permanent: your progress will no longer be available.

This does not delete your Apple or Google account. App-store transaction records are controlled by the relevant store. Uninstalling Bannerfall does not itself delete your account.
