Bannerfall game privacy policy
Draft for review. This page records confirmed game practices. Some service-provider details, technical data, backup handling and retention periods still need verification. It is not yet the final policy for store submission.
This policy concerns Bannerfall: Card Autobattler, operated by Craven Games in Canada. For information collected on bannerfall.app and through playtest applications, see our website privacy notice.

Account and game information
Bannerfall supports email/password, Google, Game Center and Sign in with Apple. Depending on your sign-in method, account information includes your email address, username and information needed to authenticate your account.
We store your game progress, card collection, decks, match history, ranking, purchase records, friends and chat information. This information supports accounts, saved progress, gameplay, competitive features, purchases and social features.
Information visible to other players
Your username, rank and decks are visible to other players. Avoid including private information in your username or messages.
Services and technical information
Bannerfall uses Supabase for backend services, with the project hosted in Canada. Apple and Google provide the relevant sign-in and platform services. Analytics, crash reporting and notification services have been reported, but their implementations have not yet been identified in the supplied dependency file.
To be completed: the names of these service providers, the data each receives (including any device identifiers, IP addresses, usage events, diagnostics and notification tokens), their purposes, privacy links and processing locations.
Purchases and advertising
Bannerfall includes in-app purchases and stores purchase information. The game currently has no advertisements or rewarded ads.
The dependency file includes RevenueCat’s purchases_flutter SDK for in-app purchases. Its activation and configuration still need confirmation. When used, RevenueCat processes purchase history; other data depends on configuration. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
Notifications and privacy choices
You can manage app notification permissions in your device settings.
There is currently no in-game analytics opt-out. The actual analytics and diagnostics implementation, information collected and notification purposes still need verification.
Delete your game account
- Open Bannerfall.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account and follow the in-game prompts.
You can also request deletion without accessing the game by emailing [email protected]. See email instructions and verification details. Uninstalling the app does not itself request account deletion.
Your account and all associated game data are deleted within one day after the request is verified. This includes your profile, progress, cards, decks, matches, rank, purchase records held by the game, friends and chat data. Apple and Google accounts and their own transaction records are separate.
To verify before finalizing: deletion propagation to service providers and treatment of backups and technical logs.
Retention and international processing
The Supabase project is hosted in Canada. This does not establish that every sign-in, store, analytics, diagnostics or notification provider processes information only in Canada.
To be completed: verified processing locations and retention periods for active and inactive accounts, purchase records, diagnostics, messages and backups.
Age
Bannerfall is intended for players aged 13 and over.
The game currently has no age-verification screen.
To be completed: procedures for handling information discovered to belong to an underage player.
Policy updates
The final policy will describe verified practices and show its effective date. This draft may change as implementation details are confirmed.
